Schoorbs 1.0 Alpha 5 released

Coming near to the first Beta-Release, here’s the Alpha-releases of Schoorbs featuring:

  • Removed grab_globals.php, which extracted all _GET, _POST and _COOKIE variables as global variables
  • Rewritten edit_entry.php and edit_entry_handler.php to work without grab_globals.php
  • Removed automated mails when booking a room (old Mail backend)
  • Added logging system, at the moment only syslog is available as a backend
  • Supporting Smarty 2.6.19
  • Official Support now for (that means Schoorbs was tested on thme)
    • Ubuntu 7.10 “Gutsy Gibbon”
    • Ubuntu 7.04 “Feisty Fawn”
    • Debian 4.0 “Etch”

Schoorbs 1.0 Alpha 4 released

After some hard work after Christmas, I thought there should be a new Alpha-release of Schoorbs, due to the big amount of changes done in the last time:

  • Deactivated Session/Omni and Session/NT modules
  • Javascript-files are deployed compressed (thanks to Packr)
  • CSS-style are deployed compressed (thanks to Rainpress)
  • XHTML was fixed at several places
  • Fixed bug in language.php considering i18n in E-Mails
  • Release-packaging rewritten
  • Debian/Ubuntu packages for Schoorbs are available too
